The Senior Manager – Engineering is a senior delivery and people leadership role responsible for multiple engineering squads and first-line people managers. This role translates engineering strategy into predictable execution while maintaining strong technical standards on a Microsoft enterprise stack.

Required Qualifications

Extensive hands-on engineering experience, followed by 10+ years specifically in engineering leadership roles, including 6–8 years in engineering management positions leading other leaders and managers. Strong hands-on background in Microsoft enterprise technologies. Experience delivering in regulated or complex enterprise environments.
