We are seeking an experienced Site Development Project Manager to join our growing Civil team. This newly created position supports increasing project demand and expands our project management capacity across a range of site/civil engineering and land development projects for public and private clients , which require multi-disciplinary consultant teams including, multi-family housing, higher-ed and K-12 education, commercial, industrial, brownfields redevelopment, municipal parks and recreation, stormwater retrofit, and mixed-use. This role is well suited for a licensed civil engineer with strong site design experience who enjoys leading projects from concept through permitting and construction support.
The Project Manager will oversee technical design, manage schedules and budgets, mentor staff, and work directly with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies to deliver high-quality projects.

Requirements
