As a Senior Transportation Director, you will be responsible for a variety of projects, taking ownership from start to finish.

Manage and lead Horrocks design teams to deliver transportation projects. Identify, pursue, and win new transportation engineering opportunities within the public and private sectors. Develop and track scope, budget, and schedules for transportation projects to successfully deliver projects Solicit and manage subconsultant engineering services Interface with public and private sector clients including state and municipal agencies Coordinate and conduct meetings with project stakeholders Coordinate with office management and other project managers to share resources Manage Quality Control/Quality Assurance activities per Horrocks’ Quality Program Cultivate client relationships and pursue business development opportunities Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineering license in AZ 15+ years of Project Management & Business Development Experience Preferred 10+ years of DOT experience Demonstrated experience delivering transportation projects for DOTs, municipalities, counties, or regional agencies.
