With expertise spanning civil/site engineering, environmental permitting, transportation infrastructure, construction management, and advanced surveying technologies, we are committed to delivering high-quality, timely solutions to local, state, and federal clients. Project Design and Development: Assist in the design and development of civil engineering projects such as roadways, stormwater management systems, and site layouts. Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates under the supervision of senior engineers.
Conduct site visits and field investigations to collect data and assess project conditions. Technical Analysis and Problem Solving: Perform technical calculations and analyses to support project designs. Utilize engineering software for modeling and simulations to optimize project outcomes.
Identify and propose solutions to engineering challenges encountered during project execution. Assist in the preparation and submission of permit applications and related documentation. Stay informed about relevant regulatory changes and industry standards.
Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with project teams, including engineers, architects, and construction managers.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project leaders. Contribute to the preparation of project proposals and bids. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
Relevant coursework or internships in civil engineering projects is preferred. Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in civil engineering, preferably with a focus on site development, transportation, or municipal infrastructure. Licensure and Certification: Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other civil engineering design software. Familiarity with hydrology and hydraulic modeling software is advantageous. Basic understanding of GIS applications and data management.
Skills and Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry practices.
