Artheon is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer (PE) to join our team. Artheon brings together several established consulting engineering firms including Churchill Consulting Engineers, CME Associates, and Naik Consulting Group, forming a collaborative organization of more than 600 professionals delivering complex infrastructure solutions across transportation, utilities, and public works. The Senior Civil Engineer (PE) will have an emphasis in highway and roadway design.

The successful candidate will be supporting our Civil/Highway Design Services group located in the East Brunswick, NJ office. The work will employ fundamental principles including surveying, trigonometry, geometrics, fluid mechanics, utility coordination (including relocation and agreements), hydrology and hydraulics, cost estimating, and transportation engineering while using applicable software. The candidate will be involved in and complete all phases of infrastructure project development.

The candidate will report directly to the Director of Civil/Highway Design Services. e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) along with various other civil design applications Experience in the production of plans, specifications, and engineer’s estimates for roadway projects for NJDOT, NJTA, PANYNJ, and County or Municipal agencies A firm grasp of roadway engineering skills such as geometric design, grading, permitting, coordination with utility companies and the production of utility schemes of accommodation, roadway drainage design, 3D roadway modeling, etc.
