ABOUT THE ROLE
As Principal, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of your school, leading operations, developing your team, and driving enrollment and performance. You’ll ensure a safe, compliant environment while delivering high-quality experience for children, families, and staff.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead all aspects of school operations to create a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment for children and staff Set the vision for your school and build a positive, student-centered culture aligned with organizational standards Drive enrollment and retention through strong family relationships, community engagement, and local outreach Hire, coach, and develop your team to build a high-performing, engaged staff Ensure full compliance with licensing, health, and safety

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking strong, people-focused leaders who are passionate about early childhood education and developing high-performing teams.
Qualifications
: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, Education, or a related field OR combination of equivalent education and experience. Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in early childhood education, school administration, or a similar operational setting. Previous teaching experience in early childhood education preferred, with demonstrated progression into leadership roles.
