Requirements

Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction Mentor apprentices and junior technicians as needed Represent DWC Mechanical with professionalism and integrity Required 3+ years of HVAC service experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and controls Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively Strong customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Preferred Commercial HVAC experience EPA Certification HVAC trade school or technical training Experience with building automation systems and advanced controls Boiler, chiller, VRF, or controls experience We offer a comprehensive
