About The Role
: We're looking for a proactive, detail-obsessed HR professional who brings ideas to the table and sees them through to completion. As a key member of our lean HR team, you will be a trusted resource for employees across the organization - driving day-to-day operations, identifying process gaps, and partnering on strategic initiatives spanning compliance, employee experience, and talent acquisition. This role is built for someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do.
Responsibilities
: Employee Experience Communications Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries - providing timely, accurate, and friendly responses that reflect the company's culture and values.
