Join our Qrew! The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the financial performance of Midstream capital and operational projects. This position is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accuracy, accountability, and alignment with business objectives.

Serving as a key liaison between engineering, construction, and leadership, the role enables data-driven decision-making and supports effective portfolio execution.

, SAP, Oracle, Power BI) Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills Effective communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Position follows a 9/80 work schedule Preferred Experience and Skills: Experience in midstream oil gas or capital-intensive project environments Familiarity with construction and engineering project workflows Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and reporting dashboards Understanding of accrual-based accounting and project forecasting principles Selected incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level.
