Michels Canada
We are on a mission to pioneer the world’s next era of play. As we grow across Europe and Latin America, we’re building The Playstack - the technology powering the next generation of sports, gaming, and fan experiences. Join us, and help make it the most widely used platform in the world!
From operations, to marketing, to product, we are looking for talented people who will shape how millions of customers play, watch, and connect every day. As our product surface grows across regions, brands, and platforms, the visual foundations that hold it together matter more than ever — and that's where you come in. We're looking for a Senior UI Designer to join the Design System team at Super.
This is a hybrid role sitting at the intersection of product and brand — with a specific focus on bridging the gap between our brand/studio teams and product design. You'll own the asset layer of our design system whilst also contributing to the system itself — designing and evolving components, patterns, and tokens that product teams rely on every day.
What We Are Looking For
Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showing icon systems, illustration, and/or brand asset work Strong UI craft — a sharp eye for visual quality, typography, colour, and compositional detail Motion design experience, including working knowledge of Rive/Lottie and native platform motion Proficiency in Figma — variables, modes, component properties, and scalable library management Hands-on experience with AI tools for graphic and design work, and genuine curiosity about how AI is reshaping creative workflows Experience working within or alongside a design system, with a solid understanding of tokens, components, and consistency at scale Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate different team contexts and communicate design decisions clearly Systematic and organised by default — naming, structure, and file maintenance reflect your thinking Accessibility-aware — contrast, motion sensitivity, and inclusive design are part of your standard process Strong written and verbal English
Nice To Have
Experience with multi-brand or themeable design systems Familiarity with design-to-code workflows (Code Connect, Storybook, token pipelines) Background in sports entertainment, gaming, or a high-paced consumer product environment Experience evangelising or contributing to a design system across multiple product teams
