About The Role

At Degree Heating Cooling, we’re looking for an experienced Licensed HVAC Lead Installer who takes pride in quality work, leadership, and customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead install crews, mentor apprentices, and complete high-quality residential and light commercial HVAC installations. What We’Re Looking For

Connecticut HVAC License (S-2, D-2, or equivalent) 3+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read blueprints and installation plans Comfortable using tablets/apps for work orders and notes Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record Team-oriented mindset with pride in quality workmanship Pay Range : Pay is dependent on experience; $40/hour and up + SPIFFs and bonuses. Top technicians earn over $100,000 per year.
