Support the design team in preparing files for test-fitting including receiving and editing AutoCAD files and developing an initial Revit file. Support the team in developing and refining test-fits for field offices. Attending design meetings with external design firm.

Participate in weekly coordination meetings with the internal real estate team. Prepare internal resources for move-coordination team, including but not limited to seating chart plans, and coffee and water location plans Prepare internally coordinated packages for review, approval, and production including signage, graphics, and branding. Assist in development of office welcome packet for new office openings.

Support the selection and coordination of art for the field offices.
