What You’Ll Do
Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Partner Success Manager to drive client engagement and growth within a the Partner Success Department. You will play a critical role in driving key business results related to client retention and contract performance. Additionally, you will : Client-Facing Delivery Expectations : Build and maintain the relationship and manage contracts within a portfolio of Imagine Pediatrics health plan partnerships .
Build and maintain strong and lasting partner relationships and operate as the on-going point of contact for client partners .
Requirements
to ensure deliverables and reporting are timely and accurate . Develop content for all client - facing meeting s and track and execute all meeting follow - up asks. Work with data to tell compelling performance stories to our client partners related to our key metrics or levers to manage total cost of care.
Collaborate with the market teams to support Joint Operating Committee meetings . Internal Governance and Communication: Drive resolution of client escalations; coordinate with internal resources to deliver for the team and client . Strategize with internal Imagine teams on new ways to improve performance, enhance care coordination, or solve pain points within the attributed population.
Identify opportunities to optimize our financial performance and socialize them with the internal teams. Champion clients’ needs and represent their interests in critical issue resolution Collaborate across the organization to ensure all deliverables and milestones are met with quality and excellence Work closely with our data team to generate reporting that supports care coordination and performance management with each client. Clearly communicate the progress of strategic initiatives, both internally and externally Provide input to the product and solution development process as the “voice of the customer” What You Bring How You Qualify First and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with complex medical conditions gets the care and support, they deserve.
In this role, you will need: A knack for building strong relationship s and partnerships, Functional experience with client-facing roles and responsibility for driving business results. Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, with a specific focus on the nuances and intricacies of value-based care and Medicaid health plans. 5 + years' experience in a client-facing/client success role, preferably with health plan clients or care d elivery organization.
A “commercial mindset” to help the company meet its high growth goals. Experience at an early to mid - stage start-up company is a plus. Demonstrated ability/flexibility to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing company .
What We Offer (Benefits + Perks)
The role offers a base salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 in addition to competitive company
