Staff member for the Transformation Team within Data Operations. This is a pivotal role as we are at a key inflection point of finding and driving scale into our operator function. You will drive the transformation of Addepar’s Data Operations, scaling efficiency and performance across all core domains: Market Data, Portfolio Data, Custodial Feeds Onboarding, IBOR, and Alternative Investments.

What You’Ll Do
Drive and oversee complex transformation projects across all Data Operations domains, moving the organization from manual, reactive processes to proactive, exception-based workflows Design and implement process improvements, scalable workflows, and automation to enhance operational efficiency. Evaluate, pilot, and deploy AI tooling, LLMs, and modern data management platforms to drastically reduce operational friction and cycle times.

Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. At least 8–10 years of progressive experience in data operations, financial services technology, or consulting, with a proven track record of leading complex operational improvements.
