This role is built for someone who knows how to work a phone, close under pressure, and hit a number — every single day.

What We'Re Looking For

A proven track record in high-volume outbound or inbound calling — you're comfortable on the phone and efficient with every interaction Real negotiation experience: you know how to handle a counteroffer, hold your position on price, and still get to yes Strong pipeline instincts — you can prioritize a full book of open accounts, make sound calls quickly, and explain your reasoning Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open cases simultaneously without anything slipping through the cracks Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms; experience with CRM or scheduling tools is a plus A consistent history of hitting or exceeding KPIs in a metrics-driven environment You'll Thrive Here If You've Worked In… Inside sales, SDR/BDR roles, account management, or collections High-volume call center or outbound sales environments Staffing, dispatch, or gig platform operations where speed and relationship-building were the job Any role where you picked up the phone, hit a quota, and solved problems under pressure
