We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer (in Argentina or Uruguay) with a robust background in Product Development Outsourcing (PDO) and custom application development. This role requires a proactive, experienced, and customer-centric professional capable of working independently to deliver innovative solutions that align with client needs. The ideal candidate is proficient in adopting an AI-first approach to development and utilizing advanced agentic tools to enhance productivity and solution quality.

Salesforce Application Development: Design and develop applications on the Salesforce platform, encompassing PDO app development for AppExchange and bespoke solutions tailored to individual customer organizations. AI-Driven Development: Implement an AI-first approach in development processes, employing advanced agentic tools to enhance coding efficiency and solution effectiveness. Code Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality code by implementing comprehensive unit tests, maintaining rigorous code coverage standards, and collaborating with QA Engineers to swiftly address and resolve bugs.
