Associate – Financial Regulation (3-5PQE)

Background Our market-leading Financial Regulation practice advises a wide range of domestic and international financial institutions, including credit institutions, investment firms, UCITS management companies, AIFMs, payment institutions, e-money institutions, non-bank lenders and insurance companies. Due to continued growth in our Financial Regulation group, we are seeking a talented and ambitious Associate (3–5 PQE) to join our team.

About The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a top-tier Financial Regulation team, advising on high-profile and complex regulatory matters in a dynamic and evolving legal landscape. You will work closely with partners and senior associates on advisory and transactional regulatory matters as well as regulatory investigations. You will have direct contact with clients and strong exposure to ongoing business development initiatives.
