We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to provide daily onsite IT support for the Dallas office and remote US employees. You will also assist with infrastructure and cloud-related operations but the main function of this role is IT support.

Required Qualifications

: 3+ years of IT support / desktop support experience 1+ years of experience with Azure and basic familiarity with Azure environment and DevOps pipelines (monitoring/fixing failures) Experience with networking concepts and troubleshooting Work Location Hybrid -3 days a week in office (Tuesday-Thursday) in Dallas, TX (13155 Noel Rd, Suite 2400, Dallas, TX 75240) Salary range: 70k-75k with yearly annual bonus
