Responsibilities

as a part of Team Trove will include: Sales Business Analysis · Analyze sales performance, trends, and key metrics to support decision-making · Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to the Sales Account Manager · Assist in forecasting demand and identifying risks/opportunities Forecasting Planning · Support short- and long-term business forecasting · Help prepare for line reviews and strategic planning meetings Item Setup Maintenance · Manage new item setup and ensure accuracy across systems · Maintain product data and ensure alignment with Walmart

Requirements

Compliance Operations · Monitor and ensure compliance with Walmart shipping and operational standards · Conduct compliance testing and resolve issues proactively Order Management · Oversee order flow from placement through fulfillment · Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments Deductions Chargebacks · Review, research, and resolve deductions and chargebacks when needed · Identify root causes and implement preventative measures In-Store Execution · Perform regular local store visits to assess shelf conditions, inventory levels, and execution · Provide feedback and recommendations based on store observations Retail Readiness · Prepare materials and analysis for line reviews · Support modular reset planning and execution We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree required · Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) preferred · Familiarity with Walmart systems, including Retail Link, preferred · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word required; advanced Excel skills a plus) Additional Preferences · Long-term career interest and commitment · Experience working with large retail accounts, especially Walmart Our culture is passionate, entrepreneurial, and energetic.
