As a Senior AEM Frontend Developer , you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance, scalable digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager.

You will bridge the gap between creative design and technical implementation, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional user experiences across our digital platforms. How your day-to-day work will look like: Design and implement customized frontend solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring high quality and performance standards . Develop, maintain , and enhance AEM-based websites and components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTL (Sightly) .

Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend templates with Sling Models and OSGi services, ensuring clean separation of concerns . Lead the troubleshooting, debugging, and resolution of frontend implementation issues across AEM environments. Conduct code reviews and enforce frontend coding standards and AEM best practices within the team.

Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on AEM development patterns and frontend quality standards. Collaborate closely with UX/Design teams to ensure pixel-accurate, accessible, and performant implementations.

Requirements
