About the project Join the team behind IKEA Kreativ, an innovative 3D home design platform used by millions of customers worldwide. As a Senior Web Engineering Tech Lead, you'll lead the development of highly interactive 3D web experiences, helping shape a product that combines spatial computing, 3D graphics, e-commerce, and consumer technology at global scale. In this role, you will architect, implement, and optimize consumer-facing 3D web applications.

You will develop high-performance architectures, APIs, and features interfacing between users, the 3D graphics engine, and our microservices cloud platform. You will be the trusted technical leader solving complex frontend challenges, driving technical roadmaps, and strengthening the engineering foundations the team builds upon. How you'll contribute ✅ Be a hands-on technical lead for a team of 3-5 web engineers, guiding design development of consumer-facing features, web architectures, backend APIs and other technologies.
