The Role Ludia Consulting is actively seeking a Microsoft D365 FSC Finance Senior Consultant with experience working independently in a fast-moving, startup client environment, where speed of standing up the system is a critical factor - a fully tested application that meets the client’s initial, crucial business needs. Ludia’s Senior Functional Consultants are challenged to understand and quickly respond to our clients' varied business needs and, using their D365 FSC experience and application expertise, work with these clients to rapidly implement and/or enhance the system capabilities needed to improve operational and process performance.

As a FSC Senior Consultant in the Dynamics 365 practice, you will use your business process knowledge and operations consulting skills to quantitatively analyze issues and drive solutions to transform our client's business.

Requirements

Identify gaps (customization needs) and configure the financial management module of D365 FSC to meet client

Design and configure solution for financial management processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets and financial reporting Design and configure Project Management Accounting (PMA) module of D365 FSC Rapidly configure, test and help train Client SME’s on D365FSC areas listed above.

Drive test planning and execution. Work closely with Project and Program Managers and exhibit leadership in managing scope and assigned workstream/business processes Proven ability/experience in working in a fast-paced, start-up environment. To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of financial management processes and experience configuring and implementing financial management solutions using Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain.

You should also possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work with clients and development teams effectively. Skills Competencies Bachelor’s Degree: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of Dynamics 365 F O/FSC implementation experience Experience with at least three full end-to-end ERP implementations Strong knowledge of financial management processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting Experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft D365 F O/FSC Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proficient in Microsoft Azure Dev Ops (ADO) Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Visio. , MB-300, MB-310, MB-500) are preferred.
