Job Overview Mitratech is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for key capabilities within our Embedded Compliance Intelligence platform. Embedded Compliance Intelligence transforms regulatory complexity into actionable insights and features, integrating regulatory content, AI-driven insights, and workflow automation directly into customer operations.

This is not a feature factory role. You own outcomes. You will define product direction, drive alignment, and deliver measurable impact across a highly integrated ecosystem spanning compliance content, AI, data platforms, and enterprise workflows.

You must be equally comfortable shaping long-term platform strategy and getting deep into execution details. What You’ll Own Product Strategy Vision Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for core Embedded Compliance Intelligence capabilities Identify opportunities to embed AI into compliance workflows, including regulatory intelligence, automation, and decision support Establish and own KPIs tied to adoption, automation rates, compliance outcomes, and revenue impact Make and communicate clear prioritization and tradeoff decisions across a complex product landscape AI-Driven Compliance Innovation Translate AI/ML capabilities (LLMs, rule systems, data models) into differentiated product experiences Lead experimentation and iterative delivery of AI-enabled compliance features Partner with engineering on build vs. buy vs.
