How You’ll Support Our Mission We’re looking for an experienced Senior Database Administrator to take ownership of our database environments, ensuring they are secure, high-performing, and resilient. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership and collaboration, supporting both on-premises and cloud-based platforms while driving best practices across the organization.

What We Are Looking For

- the essentials Strong hands-on experience in database administration (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server or similar platforms) Proven expertise in performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting complex database issues Solid experience designing and supporting HA/DR solutions (e.g., clustering, failover, replication) Experience working with cloud-based database services in Azure and AWS environments In-depth knowledge of database encryption and security best practices Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, T-SQL, or similar) Experience with ETL/ELT tools and processes Strong understanding of SQL replication technologies Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
