Role Overview The Senior Recruiter is an advanced individual contributor on Attivo’s recruiting team, focused on executing high-quality candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement across a variety of roles. This role goes deeper than the Recruiter in candidate evaluation, sourcing strategy, and pipeline management, and serves as a resource and informal coach for junior team members. The Senior Recruiter operates with greater independence and brings a sharper eye for talent, but remains focused on the candidate-facing work that drives Attivo’s hiring engine.

Responsibilities

Sourcing Pipeline Development Proactively source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and industry events. Build and maintain robust, role-specific candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs. Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools and develop role-specific prompt libraries to improve reach and pipeline quality.

Identify and engage high-quality passive candidates through targeted outreach and relationship building. Screening Candidate Evaluation Conduct thorough resume reviews, applying both independent judgment and AI-assisted screening tools to assess candidate fit.

Qualifications

, experience, communication, and cultural fit. Prepare detailed candidate summaries and recommendations for the Recruiting Manager and hiring teams. Maintain consistent evaluation standards to ensure quality and fairness across all candidates.

Candidate Experience Engagement Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the screening and interview process, ensuring a positive and responsive experience. Draft personalized outreach and follow-up communications, using AI as a starting point while preserving an authentic, human voice. Keep candidates informed, engaged, and prepared at every stage of the process.
