Experience with Retail or Call Center CRM systems. Offers are presented in CRM systems such as Oracle, Salesforce, and Clarify. Knowledge of these systems is needed to confirm that the decisioning logic is executing and presenting as expected.
Experience in Agile methodology.
Experience working with cross-functional teams within Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Finance, IT, etc.

Familiar with SQL, SAS, or similar data analysis language. Data analysis is required to validate decisioning logic transactions and identify trends or potential issues with the logic strategy. Familiar with software like JIRA & ServiceNow Some proficiency reading and understanding XML transactions.
