We are seeking a Junior Construction Coordinator with 1–2 years of industrial construction experience who is eager to grow their technical skills, contribute to multidisciplinary project teams, and support accurate and competitive cost estimating for industrial projects.

What You’Ll Do
As a Junior Construction Coordinator, you will support construction activities across various project phases – from early conceptual estimating through detailed bid development.
Responsibilities
include: Estimating Support Assist in preparing cost estimates for industrial construction projects Support quantity takeoffs, bid preparation, and proposal development Collect and analyze project data, subcontractor pricing, and material quotes Help maintain estimating databases, cost models, and project documentation Collaboration & Project Execution Work closely with senior estimators and other multi-disciplinary teams. Participate in site visits, scope reviews, and project meetings Support the development of well informed, accurate cost assumptions Technical & Professional Growth Gain exposure to industrial construction methods, materials, and contracting practices Learn estimating software tools, cost modelling approaches, and industry standards About You You are early in your construction career with a strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to project delivery.
