Davies Claims North America is continuing its strategic expansion and is actively building a pipeline of Executive General Adjusters (EGA) who bring deep expertise in large, complex casualty losses; including energy, oil & gas, and high-hazard industries, along with the ability to generate and transition revenue . This is a high-impact, dual-role opportunity for top-tier adjusters who are not only technically elite but also commercially driven. Individuals who are trusted by clients, named on accounts, and capable of walking in the door with established relationships and revenue streams.

This role blends technical large loss adjusting with a true producer function, positioning you as both a lead adjuster on complex claims and a strategic growth driver for Davies.
