Recoveries Paralegal/Litigation Executive

The Insurance Litigation Recoveries Paralegal or Litigation Executive will be responsible for managing their own significant caseload of uninsured loss recoveries on behalf of the claimant. Files are handled from start to finish, including key elements of the litigation process. This role reports on a day-to-day basis to the Recoveries Manager and ultimately to the Head of Insurance Litigation as head of department.

Run own significant caseload of uninsured loss recovery claims on behalf of the claimant Contribute to business development activities for the department where necessary, include working on client pitches and tenders and attending client meetings where necessary. Ensure financial targets are met within the department, both on a personal and team level. Collate and present key metrics for the Recoveries Manager.

Ensure that all recoveries SLAs and procedures are followed for your specific clients. Produce management information as required by the Head of Insurance Litigation and Chief Executive Officer. Liaise directly with clients where necessary and be their day-to-day contact.

Continually upskill personal knowledge of the litigation process, become an expert in all matters and share this with the wider team.
