Data plays an increasingly important part of our business and as a result of continued growth and further investment within our D&A department, we now have an excellent opportunity for a Data Scientist to join our team based at Derby.

The firm uses an SQL based case management system to manage the recovery of bulk debts and as the basis of internal and external reporting. This role will cover the full spectrum of internal and external data management, performance analytics and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to optimise operational strategies and deliver continuous improvement initiatives to maximise client return of investment. We are looking for a hands-on individual who is a natural problem solver with advanced analytical skills, experience of A/B testing & creating/maintaining ML Models and delivering technical problems to non-technical audiences.
