Job Summary: This position is responsible and accountable for training and developing warehouse personnel to provide the most superior, effective, and efficient customer service to our Route Salespersons as it pertains to product expectations and needs. The Branch Warehouse Manager must also positively interact with the Branch Office staff; Route Sales people and other internal Corporate based customers, including but not limited to: Nottingham Production, Nottingham Warehouse and Marketing.

Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. · Lead with a "Safety First" attitude.
A certification and ensure branch compliance. · Routinely meet with Branch Manager to discuss warehouse operations such as: o Staffing concerns and needs o Warehouse inventory discrepancies · Responsible for conducting and updating warehouse inventory, partnering with branch office staff to assure data is properly entered and discrepancies are resolved by the next business day. · Ability to track product usage and promotional programs to aid in ordering and forecasting perishable food items and report findings to Branch Manager.
· Communicating daily with Route Sales people to determine how Warehouse personnel can better meet needs with the following: o Out-of-stock options o Expected warehouse return date for out-of-stock products · Checking daily for accuracy of all out-going orders on the dock. · Reconciling and transporting Branch bank deposits. · Leading by example by building and developing a safe "Can-Do" team to positively approach and solve day-to-day dealings with Route Sales people, internal customers, and external customers by including but not limited to: o Developing first class customer service skills of all staff members o Developing cross-training programs to assure that all staff members are cross-trained and able to periodically perform the various Warehouse duties o Scheduling staff to optimize coverage on dock o Exhibiting behavior consistent with Company philosophy and employment law In addition to the essential functions listed above, the employee is expected to exercise honesty, integrity and respect with all clients and co-workers, preserve confidentially of all business information and data, maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, demonstrate a positive attitude, communicate effectively with co-workers and clients, work with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail, respect the work environment and keep it as environmentally friendly as possible, and exercise initiative to learn new skills and tasks and to help co-workers when possible.
The employee is also expected to perform other related duties, special projects and functions as required from time to time.
