This role works closely with Facilities leadership and site teams; performing routine maintenance, supporting repairs, and assisting with facility needs across multiple locations. Regular travel between sites and occasional after-hours support are required to maintain continuity of operations.
What You’Ll Do
Facility Maintenance Repairs Perform routine maintenance and complete assigned work orders Conduct minor repairs to doors, windows, walls, flooring, fixtures, and equipment Assist with patching, painting, and general surface repairs Install shelving, cabinets, furnishings, and fixtures using appropriate tools Maintain lighting systems and ensure proper functionality Preventive Maintenance Operations Support Follow preventive maintenance schedules and applicable building codes Assist Facilities Maintenance Technicians with ongoing and pending work orders Assemble, repair, and maintain facility furnishings and equipment Maintain cleanliness of facility grounds and remove debris as needed Vendor Coordination Site Support Travel between sites to support facility needs across locations Coordinate with vendors and contractors on-site as needed Collaborate with clinic staff and leadership to address facility concerns Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and professionalism Compliance Safety Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and organizational policies Maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors Protect confidentiality and adhere to safety protocols at all times Provide after-hours support for urgent facility issues as needed What You Bring Required Strong mechanical aptitude and basic repair skills Knowledge of general maintenance practices and building systems Ability to safely use hand and power tools Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to travel regularly between locations Commitment to workplace safety and OSHA compliance Preferred Prior experience in facility maintenance, building operations, or a related field Experience working in healthcare or multi-site environments Familiarity with work order systems and
