The job Senior Product Designers at Flo play a pivotal role in shaping complex, system-level design solutions that elevate user experiences across the Flo app. This role combines deep expertise in UX thinking, interaction design, systemic thinking, AI tooling and visual craft with the ability to architect scalable frameworks and influence product direction.
As a senior individual contributor, you will be tackling the most challenging design problems, setting the quality bar for the team, and ensuring designs are accessible, inclusive, and emotionally resonant. You will collaborate with product, engineering, research, medical, legal and content disciplines, leveraging high-fidelity prototypes to drive critical business decisions, raising craft excellence, and contributing significantly to Flo’s overarching vision. Your Experience Must have: 8+ years of professional experience designing mobile applications.
Portfolio demonstrating expertise in systemic design, advanced prototyping skills, micro-interactions, and the ability to architect solutions with measurable product impact. Experience creating scalable frameworks, contribution to design systems, and interaction models. , Protopie).

Advocate for emotionally intelligent, ethical design and ensure accessibility standards are upheld at every stage. Be a key contributor to our design system, ensuring accessibility, inclusivity, and scalability in all outputs. Integrate AI tools into day-to-day work.
