About the Job We’re looking for a highly collaborative, solutions-oriented Product Manager, Enterprise Systems to help shape and evolve our enterprise business systems ecosystem, with a strong focus on ERP and related operational platforms. In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and external technology partners, ensuring our systems support business growth, scalability, operational excellence, and increasingly AI-enabled decision making. This isn’t a pure strategy role or a pure operational one, it’s both.

You’ll own the enterprise systems roadmap, prioritize enhancements, manage external support partners, and roll up your sleeves to solve real business and systems challenges as they arise. You’ll play a key role in delivering technical business solutions across the organization while continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes through automation, analytics, and AI technologies.

Reporting to the CFO, this role will work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Senior Leadership and will manage external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.

What You Will Do

Own and evolve the company’s enterprise systems landscape, with primary responsibility for Acumatica ERP, related business applications, and general IT support. Serve as the primary liaison for ERP, technology, and support partners, managing vendor performance, escalations, and service delivery. Develop and manage the enterprise systems roadmap aligned with business priorities and operational goals.

Partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, systems optimization, and AI enablement. Establish governance, prioritization, and intake processes for system enhancements, integrations, and enterprise initiatives. Evaluate emerging technologies and AI enabled tools to improve scalability, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on integrations, reporting, automation, and system enhancements. Lead enterprise systems initiatives from discovery through implementation, change management, and user adoption.
