Fertility Nurse Help patients through one of life’s most personal journeys London Women’s Clinic is looking for a compassionate Fertility Nurse to join our specialist clinical team. In this role, you’ll support patients throughout their fertility treatment journey, combining clinical excellence with empathy, reassurance, and clear communication. You’ll work closely with consultants, embryologists, sonographers, healthcare assistants, and patient coordinators to deliver safe, high-quality fertility care in a supportive and professional clinic environment.

What You’Ll Do

Provide compassionate, patient-centred nursing care across the fertility treatment pathway. Support patients through IVF, ICSI, egg freezing, donor treatment, and related fertility services. Coordinate treatment cycles, medication teaching, consent processes, scans, procedures, and follow-up appointments.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold high standards of confidentiality and patient safety. Offer clear guidance and emotional support to patients at each stage of their journey. Contribute to a collaborative clinic environment focused on excellent outcomes and patient experience.

What We’Re Looking For

Clinical skills NMC-registered nurse. Experience in fertility, women’s health, gynaecology, or a related clinical setting. Strong attention to detail and accurate clinical documentation.

Confident using clinical systems and patient records. Patient care mindset Warm, empathetic, and reassuring communication style. Ability to support patients through sensitive or emotional conversations.

Organised, calm, and confident in a busy clinic environment. Collaborative approach with multidisciplinary teams.
