What You'Ll Do

: Architect and build high-scale APIs, libraries, and services that power custody and growth products used by the world's most sophisticated crypto institutions Take full ownership of features from whiteboard to production, including customer integration and post-launch iteration Design and document developer-facing APIs that delight third-party builders and internal teams alike Ship with AI at your side. Leverage LLMs, AI coding agents, and intelligent tooling to dramatically accelerate design, implementation, and review cycles Partner with PMs, designers, and engineers across the stack to define and deliver experiences that raise the bar Write code you're proud of: clean, well-tested, and built to last Hunt down performance bottlenecks, squash bugs, and leave the codebase better than you found it Mentor peers through code reviews, architectural guidance, and a culture of continuous craft improvement Stay ahead of the curve. Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies (including new AI tooling) that make the team faster and the product better What You'll Bring: Required: 3+ years of backend/server-side engineering experience, with a track record of shipping production systems at scale Sharp instincts for algorithm design, problem decomposition, and complexity tradeoffs Fluency with AI-assisted development.
