Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist - School-Based

The Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist- School-Based (Warren Township) will provide psychosocial assessments, therapeutic counseling, and crisis intervention for patients and families.

This provider will collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinic and school team to ensure continuity of care, support smooth transitions, and promote quality patient outcomes. As a Licensed Behavioral Health professional, the provider will deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health services to patients in a school-based and community-based setting. There is potential that providers may have to float between sites and between school districts to cover for other providers when appropriate.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development, trauma-informed care, evidence-based therapeutic modalities, social determinants of health, and the challenges facing underserved and low-income populations Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to pass a background check and drug screen in accordance with FQHC and regulatory

Requirements

Familiarity with special education law, IEP processes, IDEA

, local community resources, and social services systems preferred Valid driver’s license required CPI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention) certification preferred Bilingual or multilingual fluency preferred Education and/or Experience Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field required Current, unrestricted, independent clinical licensure in the state of Indiana (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is preferred.
