About The Role

We are looking for a Manager, Strategic Finance Revenue Operations with 5-7 years of experience to be our first dedicated finance hire. We need a scrappy, hands-on builder who can thrive in ambiguity and has a background in both top-tier consulting and a high-growth startup. This is a critical, P0 role to build our revenue operations infrastructure from the ground up, reduce operational risk, and free up leadership to focus on more strategic initiatives.

What You'Ll Do

Own the deal desk and quote-to-cash process, including pricing, contract reviews, and order management for high-value deals. Manage the end-to-end billing and invoicing process, improving our tech stack (Stripe, Tabs) and handling complex edge cases. Establish and run the collections and A/R management process to improve visibility into credit exposure and manage delayed payments.

Serve as the internal finance owner for the month-end revenue close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Partner with the VP of Finance on strategic projects like forecasting, modeling, and board materials after establishing core operational processes.
