ABOUT THE ROLE
The HR Administrator is responsible for the execution and administration of core People Operations processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management in a multi-state respiratory home care environment. This role serves as a key operational partner within the People team, supporting employees and leaders by maintaining high-quality HR systems, processes, and employee records. The HR Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity, supporting compliance, and delivering a seamless employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.
This is a hybrid position requiring 2–3 in-office days per week at our Elmhurst office.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Payroll HR Operations Administer and process multi-state payroll in partnership with Finance and external providers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems. Support audits and reporting related to payroll, employee data, and compliance.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, compliance, and employee experience across HR operations. Onboarding, Offboarding Employee Lifecycle Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and compliant employee experience. Coordinate new hire setup, onboarding documentation, system access, equipment requests, and orientation processes.
Requirements

Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee status changes, terminations, and related documentation.
