Junior Discretionary Trader We are looking for entrepreneurial and highly motivated individuals interested in gaining hands-on trading experience through our mentorship program. As a Junior Discretionary Trader in our program, you will have daily training and guidance from our most profitable discretionary traders to learn the intricacies of the futures markets and how to capitalize on them.

At the end of the mentorship program, you will be able to successfully capture edge while leveraging our low latency proprietary platform and trading tools. We are targeting a select few who thrive on uncertainty, discipline, and strategic thinking. If you possess the ability to stay calm under pressure, adapt to rapidly changing environments, and maintain a laser-sharp focus, we want you.

Benefits And Compensation
