As a trusted consultant and experienced designer, you build rapport with your clients and guide them through the product development process. You are an integral part of the product team at Red Badger and work on client-facing, cross-functional teams building digital products. You work closely with your team to champion user needs, the brand, and the product vision, so your team can deliver the right thing in the right way.
You take great pride in creating innovative products. You mentor more junior members of the design guild and actively cultivate Red Badger design principles. You are a great storyteller and a communicator.
You can facilitate workshops confidently and plan discovery and innovation activities. You know the importance of an outcome-focused mindset, and you use your craft to produce designs at various levels of fidelity to bring the vision to life. You are comfortable working closely with Product and Technology teams to build the thing right, iterating fast and often.
Key Responsibilities
Discipline expertise Lead product discovery and design sessions with the client and users Create and implement the design strategy, from discovery through to delivery Focus on end-user needs to deliver products with impact Create compelling prototypes to test with end users and share with stakeholders throughout the product life cycle, using feedback and insights to iterate.
