About The Role

At ARX Robotics, strong customer partnerships are essential to bringing advanced autonomous systems into operational use. As Senior Key Account Manager with a focus on the defence sector, you will build long-term relationships with strategic customers and help shape how innovative technologies are adopted across complex defence environments. You will work closely with governmental and industrial partners, guiding customer engagements from strategic planning through execution.

This role combines relationship management, strategic sales, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving and mission-driven environment. 1]with military decision-makers or endusers Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments across commercial, operational, and technical teams Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach Confidence working with both governmental and industrial customers Ability to analyse market developments and translate insights into actionable account strategies Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken Please note: You do not need to meet every single requirement to apply.
