BIM TECHNICIAN

Job Summary As a BIM Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate updates to our Master Floor Plans. In this role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate creative problem-solving and work with your team to ensure accurate blueprints for the organization. The most rewarding aspect of this role is that you will help ensure we provide customers with a building experience that stays within the budget and on time.

Preferred Qualifications

: 5 years of experience in residential drafting, BIM, CAD, architectural documentation, or a related field Ability to read and interpret residential construction documents and blueprints Working knowledge of Revit Strong attention to detail, organization, and time‑management Experience in residential construction, drafting, architecture, construction management, or related fields Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline preferred Physical demands and work environment: Ability to communicate effectively with associates and customers Ability to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills to operate standard office equipment Ability to lift and carry approximately 20–25 lbs. unassisted Ability to sit for extended periods, with occasional reaching and standing The Value of a Career with The Fischer Group The Fischer Group is a family of companies focused on delivering exceptional experiences across homebuilding, financial services, and real estate.
