WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Senior Architect at Credera, you play a pivotal role in helping clients refine their technology vision and supporting the architects who execute it. You partner with Principal Architects on larger engagements to shape and deliver the solution, and you carry the architecture end to end on smaller engagements where you own the work.

Responsibilities
include supporting practice and company development through leading research and development initiatives, peer training, and creating reusable software development accelerators. You also partner with practice leadership on business development. Your work is outcome-focused: you inform, refine, and execute on the client's vision.
You ensure the quality and efficiency of technology implementation projects by applying Credera's best practices and industry standards. Leading one or more teams of skilled technologists, you provide the leadership, mentoring, and development needed to drive success. On certain projects, you lead the design and build of agentic AI systems, with proper evals, guardrails, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) over enterprise knowledge using MCP, built on cloud-native agent platforms such as AgentCore, Bedrock, Strands, and Vertex.
You tackle data challenges in service of business value, whether through traditional analytics or by preparing enterprise data to be retrievable and trustworthy for AI systems.
WHO YOU ARE
You are an experienced, hands-on software architect who has been in the industry or technology consulting for at least 8 years You spend at least 40% of your time actively developing code, including writing code, steering and reviewing AI-generated code, building proofs of concept, and unblocking your team You have a passion for technology and keep yourself up to date on the latest application development technologies and trends across all software development disciplines and processes You have a deep understanding of multiple technology development stacks across UX, middle tier, and database platforms You are well-versed in different software development methodologies and understand the
