As a Senior Field Service Engineer at ASM, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the advanced semiconductor equipment that powers the world’s most transformative technologies.

You’ll take the lead on complex troubleshooting, guide and mentor engineers, and strengthen our partnerships by helping customers achieve stable, high‑performance fabrication environments. Your expertise will make a direct impact on tool reliability, customer satisfaction, and the next generation of ASM technology.

What We Are Looking For

Senior Engineer I, Field Service Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering or related field with 6+ years of experience, OR a Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience OR PhD degree with 0+ years of experience.
