The Role We’re seeking a People Experience Generalist to act as the heartbeat of the People function at Prolific, playing a central role in supporting and connecting our global team.

As the primary point of contact for day-to-day People matters, you’ll ensure that employees have a seamless, positive experience across all touchpoints. This position is ideal for someone with early-stage business partnering experience who is eager to grow their impact by working across multiple areas, including people operations, employee experience, and office coordination. You’ll help drive key processes, support managers and employees alike, and contribute to building an inclusive, engaging, and well-organised workplace where people can do their best work.
