Ally Behavior is a full-time, center-based, early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy program, serving children with autism ranging from 18 months to 6 years of age. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality therapy to help our early learners reach their potential to communicate, improve social skills, and prepare for academic success. We are seeking a Regional Occupational Therapist who can work across multiple locations throughout Maryland, Virginia or the DC Metropolitan Area.

potential of up to $90,000+ Monthly billable hour bonus eligibility In-house CEU's and professional development opportunities Loan forgiveness and tuition assistance up to $21,000 Guaranteed semi-monthly paycheck, regardless of client cancellations Interdisciplinary teams with Speech Language Pathologists & Board Certified Behavior Analysts Annual CEU Stipend of $1,000 Job Summary: To facilitate collaboration of care and superior treatment outcomes for our young learners, we currently have an opening for an Occupational Therapist (OT) . Our center-based program delivers intensive early intervention for young children with autism. Each child receives 1-on-1 ABA therapy delivered by a technician and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the day.
Most of our learners require Occupational Therapy in addition to ABA and Speech Therapy. We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual to provide high quality Occupational Therapy, collaborate with our clinicians on case management, and help our learners maximize their potential. Responsibilities
: Carry a client caseload of up to 23 clients Complete parent training with each client on their caseload once per quarter Complete a parent training following an evaluation or reevaluation within one month.
Requirements
: Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required Current and active Occupational Therapy licensure in the state(s) of hire Current certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Experience with early intervention and working with children with autism Ability to be on-site from 8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday required Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Must submit to a federal, state, and county background check Physical
