The Role We are currently seeking a Staff Backend Software Engineer to join our Portfolio Data Workflows team in Poland.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of designing, implementing and maintaining critical API services that power our financial data ecosystem, while helping to modernize our architecture to support our expansion into European markets. You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our platform by implementing robust solutions that scale across multiple regions, enhance user experiences, and ensure compliance with European and international financial regulations. , work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Warsaw. The current range for this role is 385,000 - 462,000 złoty (base salary) .
