The Strategic Account Manager will report to the National Director of Strategic Accounts and be responsible for helping to build and deliver on key metrics critical to the success of the organization. The Strategic Account Manager will work cross-functionally with sales to ensure optimal performance that exceeds forecasts and expectations relating to product goals within their region strictly following all Dermavant Compliance policies and procedures governing the promotion of pharmaceutical products in the US. Provide in person consultation to with multiple prescribers and key office personnel on a daily basis. Deep understanding of prescribing platforms utilized within prescribing offices.
Requirements
Regularly review, analyze, and utilize sales data to create and implement impactful plans. Deploy and manage promotional budget funds in an effective and efficient manner. Collaborate cross functionally with sales representatives and leaders within assigned geography Daily collaboration with pharmacies on appropriate application of patient access resources.
Educate prescribers and staff on key resources available to optimize access to product portfolio. Develop, cultivate, and maintain strong working relationships with key HCPs and pharmacies. Share best practices and proactively communicate with peers.
Participate at company sponsored events and meetings. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, Master’s degree or other advanced education/certifications a plus. Minimum of five years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
Experience in Dermatology market strongly preferred. Experience operating in patient access or reimbursement capacity strongly preferred. Strong teamwork and ability to work cross functionally across multiple business partners Relationships with pharmacies in respective geography strongly preferred.

Proven ability and success in developing physician, pharmacy, and key customer relationships. Regular overnight travel will be required.
