Are you an experienced commercial property lawyer ready to take ownership of a varied caseload? You will handle full commercial property work—sales, purchases, leases, finance and land transactions—running files at pace and with autonomy. You’ll join our 3rd sector property team, collaborating across groups to deliver high‑quality client service.

Manage a busy mixed commercial property caseload Run transactions from instruction to completion Draft and negotiate leases, contracts and finance documents Work closely with colleagues across teams Maintain accurate, timely file management Experience of running commercial property matters Strong transactional and drafting skills Ability to work at pace and balance competing demands Collaborative approach with clear communication Experience from a high‑street or smaller firm beneficial Birmingham, located roles, we have a newly refurbished office in the City centre with an on-site café and free use of Gym facilities For Manchester vacancies, we have a City Central site, with newly refurbished facilities Hybrid working 25 days holiday, 2 gift days at Christmas.
